How it works
- Weekends only. Set the poll to weekends and choose one or two days. Only whole weekends are offered.
- Share with the group. Send the link round. People tap the weekends they can do, or mark a maybe.
- Lock it in. Pick the weekend with the most people free, confirm it, and start booking.
Why it works for hen and stag dos
- The guest of honour comes first. Put the bride or groom and the closest friends in a "Core crew" team and only look at weekends that work for them.
- Decide what guests see. Show everyone the results, only the best weekends, or nothing at all until you are ready.
- Headcount questions. Ask "Staying both nights" or "Joining the activity" as simple yes or no questions.
- No app, no account. Guests open the link on their phone and are done in seconds.

Who can see the poll?
Only people who have the link. On the Professional plan you can also protect it with a passcode.
What if no weekend suits everyone?
The results show how many people can make each weekend, so you can pick the one with the fewest clashes and count the maybes.
Can I plan a longer trip abroad instead?
Yes. Switch the days to all days and set the length to three or four days.
