1. Privacy & Data Use

We take your privacy seriously:

  • Your data is not shared with any third parties.
  • Your data is not used for any AI or machine learning training, including generative AI models.
  • Data you submit is used solely to operate the scheduling service.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using this service, you accept the following responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the data you enter into the service. Do not enter information you are not authorised to share.
  • You are responsible for sharing event links responsibly. Although links are randomised, the content of an event can be accessed by anyone who has the link. Treat links as you would any shared access credential.

3. Account Types & Subscriptions

The service is available under the following account types:

  • Free — No account or registration required. Subject to usage limits and feature restrictions as described on the service.
  • Professional — A paid subscription for individual users, providing access to additional features.
  • Team — A paid subscription for organisations and teams, providing access to team-oriented features and higher usage limits.

Paid subscriptions are billed via our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Pro-rata refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of Spiker Labs Ltd.
  • Spiker Labs Ltd reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ written notice to affected subscribers. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Service Availability for Subscribers

Spiker Labs Ltd will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available for subscribers with active paid accounts. This includes:

  • Making reasonable efforts to minimise unplanned downtime.
  • Providing reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

However, this commitment does not constitute a service-level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, or warranty of uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Spiker Labs Ltd reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service. Subscribers with active paid accounts will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any planned permanent discontinuation of the service. Free users may experience suspension or discontinuation without prior notice.

5. What You Should Not Enter

To protect your own privacy and that of others, please avoid entering:

  • Full names of individuals
  • Full company or organisation names
  • Full or precise addresses or locations
  • Any sensitive personal information

Use first names only, initials, nicknames, abbreviations, or generic labels instead (e.g. "Team A", "J.S.", "London office").

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiker Labs Ltd accepts no liability for:

  • Loss of data or availability
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of this service
  • Failures, outages, or errors in third-party services used to operate this service, including but not limited to authentication providers, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure providers

The exclusion of indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages applies to all users, whether on free or paid accounts.

For subscribers with active paid accounts, the total aggregate liability of Spiker Labs Ltd for any and all claims arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the subscriber to Spiker Labs Ltd in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination & Suspension

Spiker Labs Ltd may suspend or terminate any account, whether free or paid, at its sole discretion, for breach of these terms or for any conduct that Spiker Labs Ltd reasonably considers to be harmful to the service or its users.

  • For paid subscribers, Spiker Labs Ltd will provide 14 days’ written notice before termination, except in cases of material breach, illegal activity, or conduct that poses an immediate risk to the service or other users, in which case termination may be immediate.
  • Free accounts may be suspended or terminated at any time without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day wind-down period. Spiker Labs Ltd is under no obligation to retain your data beyond this period.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service, including but not limited to software, design, branding, and documentation, are and remain the property of Spiker Labs Ltd.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the service. By using the service, you grant Spiker Labs Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. This licence terminates when your data is deleted from the service.

9. Hosting & Infrastructure

This service is hosted on Cloud Infrastructure in the United Kingdom (London) region. Your data is processed and stored within the UK.

10. Data Retention

We make reasonable efforts to keep data available, but we do not guarantee that data will be retained indefinitely. Events and availability data may be removed at any time without notice. Do not rely on this service as a permanent record.

For subscribers with active paid accounts, Spiker Labs Ltd will use reasonable efforts to retain your data for the duration of your active subscription. Following the end of a subscription or termination of an account, data may be deleted in accordance with Section 7.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spiker Labs Ltd, its directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the service
  • Your breach of these terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Any data or content you submit to the service

This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim arises from the negligence or wilful misconduct of Spiker Labs Ltd.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For subscribers with active paid accounts, Spiker Labs Ltd will provide at least 30 days’ written notice (via email to the address associated with your account) of any material changes to these terms before they take effect.
